The following terms and conditions are accepted by the homeowner each time a Texas Trophy Pools Employee, Representative or Subcontractor comes on a customer customers property.
This Service arrangement is between Texas Trophy Pools LLC (Texas Trophy LLC), doing business as Texas Trophy Pools, and the Homeowner for Pool Service, Repairs, and all types of renovation work.
Monthly Service is billed on the 1st of each month unless other arrangements are made.
Additional charges for small repairs under $100 are automatically preauthorized and accepted by the home owner upon completion.
All verbal authorizations for repair and service work are legally binding and require payment at the time the repairs are completed. Such repairs will be automatically invoiced to credit/debit card or bank accounts on file.
This service arrangement may be cancelled at any time with 60 days written notice, signed termination of service agreement and paid final invoice.
Monthly charges are subject to change without notice by Texas Trophy Pools; however such will normally only occur at the time of renewal each calendar year. This arrangement automatically renews each time we come on the customers property. The terms and conditions are accepted by the homeowner upon agreeing to have services performed.

Rate Disclosure
Pool Service – Bid only based on each specific Swimming Pool
Pool Repair – Billed in one hour increments rounded to the half hour, Rate $150 per hour
Pool Design & Renovation Consulting Service – Billed for a minimum of one hour, Each additional consultation will be billed for a for a minimum of one hour, Rate $150 per hour during normal business hours. Rate $225 per hour for emergency calls, nights & weekends.
